Our services
Whatever's next, there's a place to start.
Whether you’re launching, growing, restructuring, or rethinking how your work gets done, SEIS meets you where you are. You don't need a perfect plan. You need a partner who can figure out the plan with you, then build it.
How we work together
Focused Project. One outcome, a clear scope, and a short to medium timeline. Bring us the grant that needs writing, the partnership that needs building, or the initiative that needs a launch plan, and we will see it through.
Ongoing Partnership. Your organization keeps evolving, and so does our support. We become the strategic capacity on your team, steady and embedded, for as long as the work calls for it.
What We Do
Grant Writing
Great missions deserve funding. We research funders, shape compelling narratives, and build applications that show your impact clearly, from private foundations to corporate and government funders. Built for nonprofits, social enterprises, and community organizations ready to raise capital with confidence.
Strategic Partnerships
Business Development
Growth happens through relationships. We identify aligned partners, open doors, and design collaborations that expand your reach, revenue, and influence. Built for startups, small business owners, and cross sector coalitions looking for the right people at the table.
Administration
Strong missions need strong systems. We set up the operations, onboarding, program management, and infrastructure that let your team spend less time catching up and more time leading. Built for growing organizations whose vision has outpaced their processes.
Culture
Sustainable impact starts with the people doing the work. We strengthen how your team communicates, hires, and grows, so your values show up in daily practice and not only on your website. Built for leaders who want an organization as healthy as its mission is bold.
Who We Are Here For
Nonprofit leaders. Social entrepreneurs. Small business owners. Founders and changemakers. Community organizers. If you are building something rooted in your community and you want it to last, this is your place to start.
